I’ve found a friend…

Finally, I found a friend. He’s my best friend. I mean He’s this friend that sticks closer than a brother. I honestly want to be so loyal to Him. He’s such a nice friend.

I was actually reading a blog on importance of friends which are; you have someone to talk to, have someone who helps you grow and so many other reasons but I want to stick to this two reasons. You know what, if your friend doesn’t make you grow then I think that ain’t a good friend.

In Him I found myself, I grew to a better person, I learnt to love others unconditionally, I found someone I can confide in.

In the SDA hymnal no. 186,the 4th verse says, I’ve found a friend oh such a friend so kind, and tender, so wise a counselor and guide, so mighty a defender. From him, who loveth me so well, what power my soul can sever? Shall life or death, or earth, or hell? No I am His forever. This words hit me so hard. And that’s when I decided to make Him my friend.

He is this friend a can recommend you to, He never disappoints. In my favorite hymn there’s a verse that I love singing that says; I tell Him all my sorrows I tell Him all my joys, I tell Him all that pleases me I tell him what annoys, He tells me what I ought to do, He tells me how to try and so we talk together My Lord and I. Always talk to him when you can’t find anyone else to talk to. He’s always ready to listen

And so today, I present to you my new friend who is Jesus. I love Him so much. I hope you all can find a friend in Him too🙂🙂
